Welcome to Fashionmarilu! In this section you will find useful information about shop policies and garment care. 

GARMENT CARE
All items are made to order using high quality Spandex Nylon and Spandex Polyester. Hand washing with soft detergent or soap is recommended to maintain your clothes like new.
Returns and exchanges
We gladly accept  exchanges if item did not fit correctly
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Returns and exchange details
*exchanges are accepted within FIVE business days after receiving your order. 
*Return labels are provided via email and ONLY for U.S. customers.
*International customers need to cover the cost to ship the items back. Thank you for understanding.
*All returned items must be in clean, unworn condition, unwashed.
*Expedited items and custom made orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Shipping
*Please keep in mind that all items are made to order and require 7-10 business days to be made before they ship.
*Prices DO NOT include customs fees or Import VAT aplicable to international customers.
Additional policies and FAQs
LOST PACKAGES
*If the tracking number of your package has not been updated for various consecutive days please contact me via email in order to file a claim with the postal service.
*If after filing a complaint with the postal service the package is still lost, a new one will be sent after 10 business days of filing a complaint.
*If the package was scanned as "delivered" by error the item(s) will be replaced 10 business days after a case with the postal service has been closed.
